Preparation Steps

Combine egg yolks and mustard in a bowl. Gradually add oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly until thickened. Add vinegar, Fletchers Gherkin Spread, Fletchers Capers, parsley and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate.
